November Social Media Campaign: Plan, Produce & Schedule
Your final project is a focused, two-week campaign designed for Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Develop a consistent campaign idea, create platform-appropriate content, and organize all posts using the Adobe Express social media planner.
Campaign window: November 16–29, 2026. Publishing publicly is not required.
01 / What you will create
Quality matters more than volume. Your eight posts should feel like one campaign while taking advantage of the strengths of each platform. You may reuse campaign photography, graphics, and messaging, but adapt formats, captions, and calls to action for each audience.
Introduce the campaign and invite engagement.
Build visual recognition, tell a story, and prompt action. A carousel can count as one post.
X
Develop concise messages and encourage conversation.
TikTok
Produce a short vertical video suited to the campaign and platform.
02 / Your campaign calendar
Schedule or organize your eight posts within November 16–29, 2026. The following is an example, not a mandatory posting sequence. Choose dates that support your campaign strategy.
| Date | Platform | Example purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Nov 16 | Campaign introduction | |
| Nov 18 | Visual awareness | |
| Nov 19 | X | Core campaign message |
| Nov 21 | TikTok | Short-form storytelling |
| Nov 23 | Carousel or narrative | |
| Nov 24 | Engagement prompt | |
| Nov 27 | X | Conversation or action |
| Nov 29 | Final call to action |
03 / Milestones: build the campaign in stages
Each milestone will have its own D2L Dropbox. Use feedback from the earlier stages to improve your final campaign. The November 10 and 15 dates are proposed; consult D2L for confirmed deadlines.
Creative brief and campaign plan
Submit your creative brief, campaign goal, target audience, main message, and a proposed eight-post schedule. Explain how the posts connect.
First four finished posts
Submit four complete posts covering at least three platforms, including visuals, captions, and appropriate hashtags or calls to action. Be ready to discuss and revise your work.
Complete Adobe Express calendar
Finish all eight posts and place them on the two-week planner. Submit a screenshot (or multiple screenshots) showing the posting dates and platform assignments, plus a short explanation of your sequence.
Complete campaign package
Submit a single organized PDF presentation or document that demonstrates your completed campaign and incorporates feedback from the milestones.
04 / Final D2L Dropbox checklist
Your final PDF must include:
- Your updated creative brief, campaign goal, and target audience.
- All eight completed posts, clearly labeled by platform, with their final visuals or video stills and captions.
- A working link or accessible file for your TikTok video, if the video cannot be embedded in the PDF.
- Adobe Express planner screenshots that clearly show the planned dates and posts for November 16–29.
- A 150–200-word reflection explaining your creative choices, how the posts work together, and how you adapted content for different platforms.
Keep your editable Adobe Express files. Your instructor may ask to review them during critique or assessment.
05 / How the project is assessed
| Component | Points |
|---|---|
| Creative brief — Nov 3 | 10 |
| Four finished posts — Nov 10 (proposed) | 15 |
| Adobe Express calendar — Nov 15 (proposed) | 15 |
| Final campaign package — Dec 4 | 60 |
| Total | 100 |
The milestones reward preparation, progress, and thoughtful revision. The final assessment emphasizes campaign coherence, visual and written quality, platform-appropriate design, planning, and completeness.
06 / Before you submit
- Confirm that you have exactly eight posts across the four required platforms.
- Check spelling, accessibility, image quality, and caption readability.
- Verify that the planner screenshots show the intended two-week schedule.
- Open your PDF and video links to make sure they work.
- Review your complete submission before uploading it to D2L.
Remember: A successful campaign is not just a collection of graphics. It is a coordinated sequence of messages designed for a particular audience and purpose.
